I haven't posted a scene or a brainstorming session in a long time.
So, today, we're paying a little love to the idea journal as a means of working out characters.
But this particular day the prompt spoke to me in a different way.
Without further ado, I bring you my first piece in the Idea Journal for 2022.
Things this year look a little different and I haven't addressed any pandemic type things in my fiction ... until today.
I used a first line generator for this one and let it just guide me into this story.
I think I've mentioned before that I have a repeating theme in my idea journal of some kind of story happening after an apocalypse.
So today, for brainstorming purposes, I’m writing something with ghosts.
My required line of dialogue (thanks to the prompt): "If you get me his phone, I might reconsider."
